Designer

Designers at Devolution have an opportunity to work on complex and diverse digital products, from fintech to e—commerce and cryptoplatforms. You will be able to influence the user experience, participate in research, create interfaces that are used by thousands of people, and improve skills in close conjunction with development and analytics. Responsibilities

• Design user flows, CJMs, wireframes, and prototypes
• Create UI designs based on platform guidelines (Material, iOS, Web)
• Prepare design specifications and UI kits for developers
• Conduct UX research (interviews, usability testing)
• Participate in design reviews and process improvements
• Collaborate with developers and product managers
• Ensure proper implementation of designs in production

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and visual design
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Familiarity with design systems
• Prototyping and presentation skills
• Ability to justify design decisions
• Team player with good communication skills

• Skills in UX research
• Technical English proficiency (reading documentation)
