Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Prepare clear documentation: business requirements, user stories, use cases, BPMN diagrams
• Model and optimize business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, designers, and QA
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap planning
• Support the project through all stages of its lifecycle

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong skills in requirement elicitation and structuring
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum principles
• Experience writing functional documentation and specifications
• Proficiency in process visualization (e.g., BPMN, diagrams, flowcharts)
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills

Nice to Have

• Understanding of client-server architecture
• Technical English proficiency
• Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, Figma, Miro
